Established in 2001, Shenzhen GEM High-tech specializes in wood plastic composite (WPC), cobalt and nickel product manufacturing, resource recovering and recycling. Our main products include WPC wall panels, flooring, fences and railings as well as cobalt powder, nickel powder, cobalt carbonate, cobalt oxalate, nickel alloy and more. We currently run five large-scale industrial eco-parks and four WPC factories in Guangdong, Hubei and Jiangxi Province, covering total area of 830,000 square meters and housing 100 WPC production lines with 3,100 employees who process more than 500,000 tons of used batteries, e-waste and wasted cobalt and nickel resources to produce 3,300 tons of ultra-fine cobalt and nickel powder as well as 50,000 tons of WPC items each year, worth over $783 million, with 50% for export to Europe, the US, Asia and other countries and regions.
We have 30 QC personnel with an average of 3 years' experience ensuring CE, ASTM, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14000 standards and 10-year warranty for all products. We have also introduced more than 20 different kinds of internationally advanced testing instruments from Germany and Japan which can conduct real-time tests on material composition, particle size, surface properties, structure and phase, as well as function. In addition, we own a national accreditation testing center.
Our 40 R&D staff with an average of 5 years' experience can release 2 new products monthly and produce customized samples in 2 months. We accept an MOQ of 3 tons with delivery within 2 weeks for a 20-foot container.
